We offer subscriptions to support and maintenance services for all of our products.  Our team of support personnel have deep knowledge of the software you are using.   Our support services are available via telephone from 9 AM to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday.    During those hours we also offer online support through our customer support portal.   We do answer support requests outside of business hours and on weekends because we know in many cases companies need to implement their critical processes outside of standard business hours.   In fact if you let us know that you may need after hours support we will make every effort to have support people available and ready to answer any questions you may have.

 

 

When you subscribe to support and maintenance services you are entitled to the following:                       

  • Unlimited access to hotline support
  • Unlimited access to the customer support site
  • Unlimited access to submitting online support tickets
  • Access to post to support forums for subscribed products
  • Software updates, fixes and new releases 
  • Updates to user documentation
  • Samples of scripts and configurations for the products in the customer support menus
  • Access to instructional videos online
