Richard Brown

Rich is a co-founder and CEO of Arpeggio Software. Prior to starting Arpeggio, Rich was a co-founder of TrailBlazer Systems, the largest provider of secure e-business solutions for the IBM i. As its CEO he grew TrailBlazer to over 2500 customers prior to its acquisition by Liaison Technologies. With over 20 years of experience with the IBM i platform (including its predecessors the System i, i5, iSeries and AS/400) Rich has held positions in sales and implementation services for several companies including Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Quadron Software and EXTOL. Rich studied Industrial Engineering at Purdue University.
Tim McCarthy
CTO
Tim is a co-founder and CTO of Arpeggio Software. Prior to starting Arpeggio, Tim was a co-founder of TrailBlazer Systems, the largest provider of secure e-business solutions for the IBM i. As its CTO he authored the first secure FTP and EDI-INT products for the AS/400 that are used by over 2500 companies for critical e-business transacting. Tim has been in the IBM i arena since 1989 and been involved as a founder of many successful e-business companies including IBIX, Blue Rainbow and Quadron Software. Tim studied Electrical Engineering at Trinity College Dublin.
